Terms and Conditions of 888fff – Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 888fff, available at 888fff.best, including Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, and all other services offered. By completing registration or placing any bet or transaction on 888fff, the user confirms they have read and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user ("you") and 888fff ("we", "platform"). If you are using 888fff on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have legal authority to do so and that such person or entity is also bound by these Terms.

888fff reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address or through an in-platform notice at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of 888fff after the changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 888fff and use its services, the user must, without exception:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be physically located in Brazilian territory at the time of use;
• Hold a valid CPF registered and active with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not have had a previous 888fff account closed due to a Terms violation;
• Not be listed as a politically exposed person (PEP) in a way that restricts the use of gaming platforms under Brazilian law.

Each user may hold only a single account at 888fff. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, blocking of pending withdrawals, and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable.

888fff reserves the right to decline or terminate registrations without prior notice if fraud is suspected, false information is provided, or there is any violation of these Terms, Brazilian law, or applicable digital entertainment regulations.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

A 888fff follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation (Law No. 9,613/1998 and COAF regulations). Verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before the first withdrawal.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or Brazilian passport);

4Deposits

All deposits must be made by the 888fff account holder. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may be returned to the sender, with the user's account subject to blocking pending investigation. 888fff reserves the right to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits based on risk profile and applicable regulations.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 888fff are processed exclusively via Pix to bank accounts held in the registered user's own name. The CPF linked to the destination Pix key must match the CPF provided during 888fff registration.

Withdrawal processing conditions:

• 888fff account with completed identity verification (KYC);
• Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF;
• Available balance greater than or equal to the requested amount;
• No account blocks due to fraud investigation or Terms violations;
• Completion of rollover requirements when the balance originates from a bonus.

For verified accounts, Pix withdrawals are processed automatically in as little as 15 seconds. Cases requiring manual review — high volumes, first withdrawal after document verification, or security-related situations — may take up to 24 hours. 888fff does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts under any circumstances.

6Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 888fff cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, Champions League, and 500+ leagues), e-sports, volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and other sports available on the platform. General betting rules:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the user after platform acceptance, except in markets where cash out is available;
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted while the market remains open. 888fff may suspend live markets at any time without prior notice;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed more than 48 hours from the original date, bets are voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance;
• Odds displayed due to a clear technical error (odds visibly outside normal market ranges) are not binding on 888fff, which may void the affected bets and refund the staked amounts;
• Bets placed after an event has started due to a technical failure will be voided and the amounts refunded;
• 888fff reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user.

888fff monitors betting patterns and may investigate accounts showing signs of match manipulation, use of insider information, or coordinated group activity to exploit odds errors. Accounts identified in such situations may have bets voided and accounts closed.

7Casino Games & Slots

The slots and casino games available at 888fff are provided by suppliers certified by independent laboratories (eCOGRA, BMM Testlabs, iTech Labs). All games use an audited RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring genuinely random results and the RTP (Return to Player) published for each title.

9User Conduct

By using 888fff, the user agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct, under penalty of immediate account suspension, withdrawal blocking, and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one 888fff account, directly or through intermediaries;
• Submitting false information, altered documents, or another person's identity during registration or the KYC process;
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates or replaces human action on the platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical odds errors, bonus system glitches, or vulnerabilities of any kind;
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a favorable outcome regardless of the event's result (abusive arbitrage or two-sided betting across different accounts);
• Using funds of illicit origin for deposits (money laundering);
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or any means of masking geographic location to bypass access restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward customer support or through any 888fff communication channel.

888fff maintains continuous behavioral monitoring systems. Irregular conduct results in account closure with no right to withdraw bonus balances. Withdrawals of real deposited funds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of the violation.

10Account Security

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 888fff that cannot be resolved directly through platform support will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.

Before taking any legal action, the user must first attempt to resolve the issue through 888fff support (contato@888fff.best), which is committed to reviewing formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt. 888fff may also refer users to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) platforms for out-of-court mediation where applicable.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which remain in full force. 888fff's failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
